Sounds a lot like Moniyon's idea, but it is different. It's an item that, when held, prevents the holding monster from acquiring Training Point's. Basically its an item that you buy and give to your monster .When u give the item to it itll give the monster a new set of uvs that vary from very bad to very good.The item could cost like 5 mill or it could be a rare item that you have a .02 chance of getting after you beat a certain arena.Also its 1 time use>as a bonus effect when the item is used on a monster the monsters levels decreas by 25.

There are many unused monstermmorpg game accounts that are just takeing up ranking space from what i have heard. I suggest after of year of no use what so all they be terminiated and their monsters given out as rewards. Also remember its just a sugestion so dont be to harsh. When you're in the game screen and click a monster, you can select from Ram, Fly, and Stone Smash. I think it would be convenient to add "Detailed" to that list, so you can pull up the monster's stat page without having to surf through menus. Just a thought.

Since we don't have the search engine for the move list at the moment, why don't we just put the descriptions of the moves in-game? For example, you would go to the Monsterdex, go to an entry of a certain monster, and drag your mouse on a move on their move list, you get a small description of the moves additional effects (If any).
