Now that we have a massive 520 maps, it will be hard to Fly to a destination with all those names to choose from. I am suggesting a Fly filter, to filter the areas by zones, cities and routes. Simple suggestion and I hope it will make the game better.

I just recently noticed that once you transform/evolve a monster, the monster you just had shows up in the MonsterDex as "You do not own this monster". I think it should still say that you have the monster especially in the case of monsters that are nearly impossible to get (starters). It results in needlessly having to go out and recapture monsters that you've already caught before.

I can't be the only one thinking the game screen is awkwardly small to look at. A fullscreen option would be nice for gameplay. Or any larger size than what we have now. This could also address the fact that you have to scroll down to see the item buttons and all that every time the page reloads (Which is very often).

Summary of what AniraFarinA wants to say: She suggests that we put a small icon of a monsterbox near the pictures of wild monsters. It should be red if you have that certain monster, and normal if you don't have it. This way, we can see if we have the monster without going to the monsterdex. Also, we can easily avoid duplicates monsters, and is helpful for collectors.

So I was training when I came up with this idea, listen all So, why not to make so one of your monsters will be seen on maps while following and walking with you? There will be options somewhere where you set which monster from your team will follow you. This should give game more animation.
