Actually here's a thought, what about natures for specific classes of monster, i.e. a +4 to all for regular
or have a modifier for the natures based on class, legendries are + 0, zenith get +1 to all, emissary +2, superior +3, regular +4
so hallucination on a regular would be
-2 -2 10 -2 10 10 or max it at 6 for -2 -2 6 -2 6 6
meaning something like steadfast regular would be +4 to all might bring them in line with emissary/zenith almost.
Or say executioner 4 -4 4 -4 1 -1 on a superior would then be 6 -1 6 -1 4 2 (Atk and SPAtk both maxing out at 6).
This would then make the lower end monsters more viable as well as the 80% of unused natures viable for different grades of monster. As you wouldn't use hallucination on a regular for example, it be a waste of 3 x 40% bonus.

You know coding that might take a long time I mean, 100 ntures will have more than one function? It's like having 300 natures then! ~~~

Why would it take a long time? If grade is reg +4 to all nature, for each multiplier of nature if > 6, multiplier = 6.
Assuming where stat calculation is done, there is access to the monster and it's grade, the total lines of code to add in would be easily < 30.
If it doesn't have access to the grade, then without seeing the code I can't estimate it, but again it shouldn't be a major rework as you need access to the monsters stats anyway.
If monster grades are already an enum, this would significantly drop the lines of code down to 5-10. I love c#

Ghost...I'm not untrustable but I can't return until 2012 that's the deal of mine with Slow. And, untrustable isn't even a word.
But, that would be too useless. Maybe have a new nature called ' garbage' with -1 on all stats, to make looking for a certain nature harder?

Graceful (-4 Atk, -3 Def, 1 Sp. A, 0 Sp. D, 6 Spd, 0 HP)
Clumsy (+3 Atk, +2 Def, 0 Sp. A, -2 Sp. D, -4 Spd, 1 HP)
It's a little hard coming up with natures that will have a positive impact on the game. Do they have to come to 0 in the end or is it just that they can't be above 0? (but can be below 0)
