Could frontliner be a sub rank like vip is? (just a thought) also could one of the duties of training officer be to make sure people who qualify are ranked up to ease the burden of our leaders.

November/ any future month contest could be something original like a one-monster regular tournament ;)
Rules/ Directions:
Find any single regular monster you like/ use one you already have. Train it as much/ little as you like - divisions could be based on what lvl your mon ends up being at. You create the monsters moveset/ TP spread yourself to your own liking. You then go on to PvP every other guild member who participates using only the one regular mon (sort of like a round robin, perhaps best of 3). The rankings can then be decided based on who wins against the most people.
The best things about this comp:
Everyone is on a somewhat even playing field. There won't be people with PvP ancients against people with non-PvP emissaries. People also do not need to have a team (or a single mon) at lvl 100. Finally, the regular mons will be receive recognition and usage for being in the game.
