Top trainers thingy.. It fits collectors more than pvpers. A new person can come on and catch 100 monsters without knowing what to do and be ranked 300+ the next day.
You can see people in top 100 with no level 100s but like 800 monsters around the levels 20-50.

Dude, I haven't been a mod in like, a Year lol.
If there is need for a mod I would do it, but generally when I report things they are handled quickly.
