it's level is level 50 so everytime it battles all the moves it learned from level 1-50 will be learned until it ran out
here is a situation (this is not real ok)
padark level 50 battled -> it won -> at level 38 it learns chomp but it's already above level 38 -> it learns the move you decide if you want to replace a move
