You might have gotten it from a site you visit, it infects your browser and makes random websites you visit have some pages say fake warnings, try to run a anti-virus and anti-spyware program to see if it will fix. If not then there might an error in the members list IMO.

I doubt there are 8+ different players that all got malware from an other site and that all of them see a warning when going to top trainers list all by random...

i get the message too i talked to other they all said if you use chrome you get the message

it was not malware
false detection
a player avatar url seems like reported so automatic detection

though changed his avatar so problem fixed
