Granted, but without a wish to be wished upon, the people get angry, when they are angry they hunt you down, and when they hunt you down you injure them, and if you injure them you go to jail for life, and when you're in jail for life you'll wish that you never wished that wish, thus meaning people could wish, and when they wish, they wish that you would wish that the next person to wish couldn't make a wish, thus leading to the past event, BUT before they did so, they wished for you to wish that you'd regret it, leading to being able to wish.

Granted, but the strongest pvp'er isn't actually strong at all, since the monsters are doing the actual battling.
