i always remember my username and password. maybe because i download something and uninstalled it again then i can't enter monstermmorpg site Sad pls help me

ok check this steps:
1- download google chrome.
2- unplug ur modem and clean or ur cookies.
and then tell me what happen, if this don't work out i will tell u some advanced steps.
