Just a psychological test I'd like to throw out here... It worked on me and now I can't stop...

Notice you are automatically breathing.
Focus on your inhales and exhales.

Now you are breathing manually.
Now try and revert to automatic breathing.

It took me hours to revert to normal lol... I had to do everything to distract myself from noticing my breaths xD
