I tried my best to make it balanced and that's how it turned out to be. Anyways here's the moveset
Dark Aura (dark type): Base power 500, accuracy 1000. MP 20 (of course i won't make it infinite or high MP since it would just OHKO every monster with abilities and this move)
Effect: 100% burn, 99% poison and 100% confused.
Dragon's Den (Dragon - Weather change) - Weather conditions changes; night and stormy filled with hungry dragons: Base Power 1, accuracy 1000, MP 40
Effect: All of enemy's monsters take damage equal to 50% of their health every turn. Summoned or not. Also this move doubles each turn (1 turn would be 2 etc) Meaning everything would be OHKO'd in two turns.
King's Shield (Light) - Base Power 1, accuracy 1000. MP infinite.
Effect: This Monster is protected from OHKO moves, moves and/or abilities that cancel abilities, effects etc. Also this monster is protected from anything that would take it's hp more than 0.
DzRules (Dark) - Base Power 200, accuracy 1000. MP 50 (This move summons a creatures called Orboknown and throws it to the enemy. Orboknown is this monster's pet
Effect: Cannot miss. This move goes first no matter what.

This is my second monster. Time to introduce you to Prysman.

Your abilities are a bit much...
your moveset: walk and Shake A Paw seem alright. I like the concept behind those two moves.
As for Prysma2...

This ability looks pretty sweet. Its similar to... Dakumun's ability- the fire monkey from pokemon.
