This will be a Training Strategy for Competitive Play. I'm sure you've all heard of smogon, for pokemon right? Well, we will have our own

Training Strategy will be about how to make your monster the strongest it can be. It will help you choose which nature is best, what to TP train in, what UVs you need, and what move-set that monster should have. Move-set = 4 moves in battle.

An example of the set up will be :

Monster :
Nature :
TPs to train in :
Held Item :
Move-Set :
Possible Abilities :

Do not just put random moves or only offensive moves. You have to use the kinds of moves that correspond to what stats you are TP training in.

Natures
Moves
Abilities
Items

Another helpful thing that you need to know for training is what move types are strong against a monster, what move types are weak to it, what move types regularly affect it, or what move types don't affect a type at all. The type chart below will help you see that.

Make a thread for yourself and what monsters you want to do. Call it like a rough draft, comment on others, see what needs to be tweaked a little and then give the monsters their own thread?

I guess o.o

so where is the actual training strategy?

I think Items should be included in the OP because they are very important in the creation of a Monster's set for competitive play.

That chart confuses me =_=

Also, I'll work on the pokemon when the move-sets are completed o.o

It's not really that important right now.
#15

attacking type is the type of the attacking move.monster type is the type of the defending monster.color indicates type effectiveness. thus dragon type attack against steel type monster is not very effective.

#22
