i think cefurkan means that theyres less chance of people *cough guider cough*spamming legends/zeniths to lvl up monsters super fast.

It's just annoying. Benefit? what benefit? U really enjoying wasting players time, I can only tell that for sure!

and 6.67% is to frequent, I think it would be ok if it's at 1%

or does it affect the whole map?
