In this case the current shareholdings of members would be:
Pyro Piglet - 14 shares (inc. this one)
Viperianw - 9 shares (inc. OP)
Orboknown - 6 shares
TimeTraveler - 4 shares
Total shares: 33
Using this; I would own ~42% of the company making me the CEO/ highest stockholder... Even though Viper is the founder, he would only have ~27% of the company's shares

As for my salary? Hm. Let's just say I earn enough. There are also a lot of benefits such as being given massages and thoughtful gifts frequently by those lower than me on the company ladder
