sir im suggesting to make a muti-type item buying/selling, its like before user submit the final transaction, all item will be put into a cart.

or just make sell/buy button one for each page, and which items will be bought will be the non-zero of its textbox.

So, we could selling/buying bunch of different kind of item at one "buy" click. =)
