Hello everyone!
Here is my next work, the redesign for my first 2 stage monster:
851-Quetzaya and 852-Quetzaztec
The original monster is based on the mesoamerican myth of the Quetzalcoatl, meaning "flying serpent".
As for that I tried to redesing it to represent a snake-like dragon with wings and feathers as the 2nd stage.
The first stage, gave me an idea. The smaller, younger monster which is yet uncapable to fly, is using it's small wings as a fake cobra "hood" to scare opponents away.
Tell me what you think and which head/nose type you like more
[EDIT:]
New designs made to make it more different from already existing monster
[EDIT2:]
And here are the finished versions! Hope you all enjoy!

Neat physiology, there. I'm kinda partial to the python nose - but only because it's stylistically similar to art from that part of the world way back. All sorts of rounded squares. It'd be crazy neat if some of the markings followed that pattern!

Nice drawing......phyton nose
They are nice drawings...however, you may want to look at the following monsters: #93 Pythrall and #94 Serphrodite. Your sketches are VERY similar to these pre-existing monsters. I realize the color scheme would be different, but the poses....

I will support anything that will make the following thread even more epic.

Thank you all, glad you like the drawing
Well, right now 3 for phyton and 2 for viper, I'll be waiting for a few more comments
Wow, I didn't know there was an another winged snake that also has a cobra like previous stage. Well, that's why I ask you guys for your opinions after all!
The poses (the 1st tage looking to the right and the 2nd looking to the left) are also a crazy coincidence. I'll probably will make both of them look to the left.
I'll see what I can do about it, but I really want the monster to represent the mythological beast that it's based on

According to the info I got from Char02, and after talking to CeFurkan, I reworked the poses and the desings a bit to make them more different.
I tried to make the head flat like the viper design but still with a noticable nose part as the phyton version beside that, I added some chin to make the desing more dragon-like, make it further more different from Pythrall and Serphrodite. Hope you will like these too!
