CONCEPT
This is a Santy ongoing pvp ranking system. This system is made to rank up and find players of your own skill level!!! The more battles are played, the more rewards (stars) you get. 
In ranking system: players with same skills, going to be more and more in the same rank class. The best pvp guy, sticks to this wall on top, maybe forever. 
In social playllist: players with more activity, going to be more an more on top of the list.
Me (SANTY) will watch over everything and update most things AUTOMATICALLY (only sometimes at the moment so post on forum)! So you don't have to do anything... I check PVP board a lot and solve the puzzle in chronological order. So if you beat a guy 4 places, up, you can defeat another one 4 places up,....  If you battled random person, i'll see and add stars in social ranking. But please, tell me when you won epic battles on this forum to support this thread a little.
With this ranking system you know your place in the pvp world at all time. Can you improve yourself and go up the ladder?

SIMPLE HEAD RULES
1. Challenge 1-4 players above you. You can pm, meet them on chat,... 
2. Attacker can choose rules. But as defender, you can ignore those rules
3. If you don't agree about rules you play by Santyrules: one match with strongest team. All moves allowed
4. Inactivity for 14 days is a loss/win immediately. Any person within range of 1-4 can ask to swap places.
5. You swap places if you lose from challenger.

Extra INFO and side rules
1. Inactive: no excuses, except for me. I will solve every problem my way. Thx for understanding. I'm good guy.
2. Any player can join and you start as lowest rank always!
3. I'll check pvp board every day. If i see the battle was within the range of 1-4, you won't get anything for social ranking,  pvp ranking goes always first if i see it automatically, (if you post on forum and tell me its social, then its social) => so if you battle within range, its automatically pvp ranking system, not social.
4. If i'm away, you can take screenshots or post on this forum
5. One account allowed on the ranking system, multiple accounts in social
6. Be wise to choose opponent, don't challenge them all at the same time. Play nice, be flexible!
7. When a defender doesn't answer your challenge or give up, like a pm in 14 days, he lost.
8. An attacker can keep on challenging u (you can wait of course 14 day to answer that challenge)
9. If you got a challenge from a player rank 7, and you just ranked up to rank 1, you do have to Santy-battle!
10. Santy-Titles won't be changed!!!!
11. Non active list: you go there when you are 28 days inactive in the wall of Santyness.

Like in the rules: joiners start last. So in ur case:

The starter group doesn't exist yet. You will be put last (6th) place...
Players that join will be put last always. They will be 7th, 8th,.... So everybody will have to climb and let others drop down. (see rules in first post)

Players with the same skill going to be on the same rank class. The best pvp’er sticks to this wall on top, maybe forever. With this ranking system you know your place in the pvp world at all time. Can you improve yourself and go up the ladder? 

SIMPLE HEAD RULES (can change with number of players. Check the numbers in colour first, before you start)
1.    You can challenge max 4 players above you (no exceptions)
2.    Pm the player you want fight against
3.    You decide your own pvp rules as attacker
4.    As a defender, you can ignore the attackers rules, but in no cases you can decline the battle itself
5.    Rules are ignored by defender => You play by Santyrules!
6.    Santyrules => only one match with strongest team. All moves allowed
7.    Inactivity for 14 days as defender is a loss, even if he just got pm'd
8.    Losing pvp match = switching places
10. Post win on the forum so I can see. Thx.
 
SIDE RULES and exceptions
1.    If you are inactive, you don’t go to the inactive spots right away, you simply go down slowly (you can lose 4 spots if you got pm’d by challenger => First challenger that comes to me gets the spot first)
2.    Inactivity has no excuses, except for me. I will read every post ASAP and deal with it
3.     Enter tournament works with posting ur IGN (in game name) on this forum => any player can join good or bad.
4.    Give the right IGN. If there are changes, let me know. Otherwise you fly to the inactivity part right away!
5.    Take screenshot of “PVP Battles board” afterwards. If there is a problem, match doesn’t count without screenshot
6.    There are no prizes, only honour to win and a place on the greatest wall ever build. I'll give away one star (*) to people that won a match.
7. Only one account alowed (+ one account allowed at non-pvp wall = separate)
8.    Entering gets you at the starting line (at the end of the starters) The quicker you enter this tournament; the less you have to pvp to a higher rank.
9. Challenging more than one player at the same time is NOT allowed. Be wise when choosing opponent. 
 
MOST ANSWERED QUESTIONS ANSWERED:
Q: What happens when there are to many Santy-players?
A: Starter numbers can go infinite and maybe other Santy-classes (like intense/mighty) can grow  .. (rule number 9)

Q: A Santy-player doesn’t pm me back?
A: When 14 days are passed, he lost the match. Use this forum or pm me too so everyone can see who you challenged. (rule number 7)

Q: Can an attacker keep on attacking?
A: As defender you can wait 14 days to pm back so that makes 2 matches a month. Be Santy-fair with each other. Try to be nice ^^  (rule number 7)
 
Q: I got a Santy-pm from player rank 7, but I ranked up to rank 1… Do we Santy-battle?
A: You should! Watch out, because you can loose more then 4 places this way.  Real pvp’er accept this challenge with most happiness.   
For the other side: Use this Santy-opportunity to climb up fast. (rule number 4)

Q: I'm not a pvp'er, can I join?
A: Sure, I'll make a Santy-section for that only.

Q: Put me in nova group plz..
A: No, you start last. Normally in starter group, but it doesn't exist yet. 

Q: When does this start?
A: Its started. You can start challenge one, two or three players above you at the moment. (RULE1) => when the starter groups opens, you can challenge 4 players above you.

Q: Can we change this title?
A: Sorry, I can’t hear you…
