Hm. Maybe I should edit my first post.

I don't take requests, sorry. I have to deal with a number of sprites that I've been asked to do, so I'm busy. D:>

Rain127, learn what most options, tools, and filter do on GIMP before you really get down to making signatures, banners, sprites, etc. It has a learning curve, but once you know how to use it, you'll be all the better for it. :>

I think tags are the general names for signatures and verticals. Depends, I guess. But that's my opinion.

Go right ahead. And y'know the drill. Just give credit if you use it. ^^

And even if your result is a fail... upload it anyways. Other people can help you in seeing what went wrong, and what you can do to improve it. Quite frankly, don't be afraid to show us your fails. Even I do it myself. ^^

Has the Pokemon Scrafty, which you may know as Pantslizard. Crossed arms preferable, should be wearing either BlackGlasses or Kamina Glasses (if you don't know what that is, watch Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann).
