Their ok but I would stop useing the airbrush tool if you want a fog-y effect, it can work in some situations but right now it kinda looks like your covering the monster, instead of making it work with the monster.
I suggest you draw out the smoke/fog around them in smaller amounts, similar to lets say gastly for pokemon.
alright,any more tips ? and also,how do you make brush size smaller ?
I can't tell you everything, I'd just take a few hours to mess around with everything, thats how I did it.

indeed laptops are good,but tablets are better,since everyone has better drawing skills with pencil then mouse
