You where wondering how I did transparent backgrounds on paint tool sai.
well basicly it's simple, save as png and select the option in the box that pops up.
which is "32bpp ARGB (each pixel have opacity)" out of the two options...if that pop up doesn't happen when you save as png your most likely not using an offical version, trial or payed it's not offical if you don't get that pop up.

you should be able to do it then, just save as .png and you should get a pop-up when you save showing you two options, picked the 2ed option that will make the white background transparent.

I don't know what to tell you then...=/ it's hard to explain, I recomend watching some tutorials on youtube or something.
