idea isnt bad but there was tours like that so its possible but we need lot of players to enter it not only 8 to cef put in some prize

Cef doesnt have to put prizes. 8 players will pay let say 11k to play tour, that is 88k, 8k will go for daily boss, and 80k will go like prize for players who played. One who win tour will be rewarded with 40k, 2nd one will get ~25k and 3rd 15k. 

Also winner can take 3 points for win , 2nd 2 points and 3rd 1 point for league standidngs. And if there are enough players reward for that league standidngs at the end of month will be provided by Cef. 

So for tournaments players will acumulate prizes by themself.
