I disagree on quadruppling ac prices.
1billion was reasonable imo.
So i'd go with nc and uvmax as half tht each.

1/10 update makes 1b effectively 100m

Ac = 100m.
Nc = 50m 
Uvmax = 50m.

Now the problem is, that'll make prices for lower tiers rather cheap.

But quite honestly ... ac was 1b before, i really Don't think i'd pay 4times that.
Just to have a Monster 1/3 done.
