Isnt it odd socilec cant learn no water moves?

it is steel/water type and should be steel/electric since it has more electric moves?
it can only learn storm dance for A water move

movesets arent accurate as yet meta thats why

Really? oh ok.. but i still think it should be steel/electric

It's blue and not yellow. It's like saying that Tsunidle should be an electric type and not a water type yet it still lives in the water o-o
