This is a forum game where a user posts a move from a video game, anime, or manga and the other users have to figure out what series it's from and what character that the move belongs to. The first person gets it right gets to post another move an so on. I'll start it.

No that is not correct. This move is literally called "Phase shift" for lack of a better term. it's what it is called in it's anime/manga anyway.
