yes i think this guy if u make him ur freind he just begs u and says u badwords so everyone lets take a action ask for permenent ban for him or block him ill support victor he is right

1. this would belong in the report a user section
2.do not use it without having screenshot prove etc.
3.he is been reported to cef.
with that being said, thread moved to the suited section

he may be a chat user too, so he may be a part of it
also, you got your solution already, block him both on chat and PM
besides, if you didnt want other people to state their opinion, you should've reported the guy directly by PM to the mods
and i dont think you are anyone to ask for a game ban for other players, that's when they catch someone selling for real money or doing other things that deserve a game ban
