Yeah,

I keep on rewarding guild members, even if its going a bit slow.
We have 80+ members so I'm not giving up yet. 
=> Im going for 100+ members hahahaha

you get one point participation, but you have to get the right nature first, then only the abilities on that work.
Doesn't mean you monsters are bad, they are pretty good ^^
