Just learned something about Photobucket... seems like it doesn't keep images full-size when you upload them there. Is there an email I can try sending the files to? I double checked and what I have saved here on my computer are definitely the proper dimensions.

I think you're right on the re-scaling. I didn't like the effect the brush made, so I re-scaled it without thinking the resolution would be lost. So I went ahead and scrapped the original mist effect layer, since I merged several of those together, and redid the mist effect. Here's the updated result.
