I know, but it demands quite a work, and this person does not seem interested in this for other reasons than scamming etc. So would he really bother changing his IP for that? He could much more easily find some new game to scam...

I have something to say that madara was the same guy who made a guild and scammed everyone in it am I correct? even chaos_ozone knew that
