My Idea is simple.
Add option to change move order that monster know.
There are now, like:
move 1: attack
move 2: status
move 3: heal
move 4: sp attak

If I want put them to difrent order, like:
move 1: attack
move 2: sp attak
move 3: status
move 4: heal

I will need buy 3 new MT move or relerner and fix it in hard way.

This is not really a big problem, but i totally approves. 
it makes the "personal" feeling bigger.
