I WILL USE THIS THREAD AS A PLACE TO UPLOAD ALL MY MONSTER DRAWINGS/CONCEPTS


Name: Electromon
Type: Bug/Electric

Even though this monster has eyes, it is blind, and uses its leaves on the back to navigate.



Name: Sparkymon
Type: Bug/Electric


This monster has thorns and spikes all around its body, so most birds know to not eat this guy. Unlike it's pre-evolution, this monster Can see, but its senses are still in the leaves on the back.



Name: Blazcat
Type: Fire

This monster will keep on burning, no matter what, even in rain.



Name: Treesnake
Type: Grass

This monster grows leaves on his tail and hands. Even though they are leaves, they are razor sharp and cut through rock like it was butter.




Name: Gemboar
Type: Rock/Fighting

This massive monster is one of the heaviest monsters listed in the monsterdex. it has massive gems growing out of its body, and the hammer on its arm is a giant, green crystal.

A little crude, but with some polishing it could look very nice. I like the concept.

Makes me think about the jumping spiders from donkey kong country 3.

Plan on making some evolutions for it?

Most likely i will, maybe later tonight even.. Evolutions are always fun to make!

and i'll leave the polishing to the real artists if this ever gets to be a
monster. As i stated in chat, i am no artist, maybe if i worked on a tablet it would be better, but i cant afford one atm, so i'll just continue to work on my laptop

Looks good. Like was stated polishing would do it justice, but it seems like you're headed in the right direction.

Not bad Lolz. Something that might help you is if you look at a picture of the real life animal your monster is based on and use it for the details (eye/leg/body shape)

Try it out and see if it help you polish up your art a little.

The program i use is called MyPaint, it is easy to use, and has a lot of different brushes etc.. as i have stated probs a million times though, it will take quite some time before my art actually can be called art.. but i will work on it, i really find it fun to draw!

Is there any Drawing programs i can download thats free? I am literally broke atm, no money whatsoever, and too many bills as well

Your monster concepts are simple, but you seem to have enough spunk for this, so I'll request some monsters to be drawn:

A monster who has characteristics of both trees and an animal of your choosing.
You can make a dog, lizard, or dinosaur monster with tree characteristics. You can pick the animal.
