Using this; I would own ~42% of the company making me the CEO/ highest stockholder... Even though Viper is the founder, he would only have ~27% of the company's shares

Not quite sure what you mean by your shares being half the people invisible in the guild... However to earn shares you need to work for them, regardless of guild ranking
