Well let's see if Cef is willing to change his mind, I do not mind getting a rank up or just staying as a CM, either way I will keep doin what I do best until the time I have no more time to be on at all.

The best a Moderator can do here is to give their time into helping and protecting community. Enforcing rules right and bla bla.
Other than a promotion, if their effort is recognized, then maybe a reward can go towards them for being good mods.
