Does attractive player work with Regular Net, Quality Net and Perfect Net? or just with walking surface monster catch rates?
It works
If you use it you will get a monter everytime you fish. And walking on surface rate is also increased

yeah, it works, but it doesn't work in caves or hyper surfing, and no on the cloud road either.

yeah it works, pretty sure cloud roads are the same as flying maps tho

It should work on clouds, caves and water.
Attractive player doubles the chance.
Grass and fishing got a ~50% chance, so it'll become 100%.
Clouds, Caves and Water however got a waay smaller base chance, therefore doubling it won't result in 100%, and therefore not in a guaranteed encounter.
Everything works. I don't understand why others have problems. Everything really works. There are many videos on YouTube that show how to set it up correctly.
