So some of you might have recalled me saying in the chat the other day that I was talking to Cefurkan about overhauling the process of getting everything done around here and kickstarting the site a little bit. One of the things which I proposed was having a planning committee made up of members to basically make the plans for future events/site ideas and promotions.
I got the OK for that group.
This thread will be where I recruit that group.
Now the way it's gonna work is that I'm here looking for people. Thus, You're going to be telling me why I should have you working with me and the other people I'll eventually group in. You're going to need to work together, so If there's anyone you just can't stand or you aren't good at listening to people, this obviously isn't gonna be something you should do.
Ideally, I'm looking for at least six other people. You do not have to be a staff member to join this.
if it all works out, then I'll see if CeFurkan can make us a board to use for threads and such.

Pros:
I'm good with other people.
Like anyone else, I can have problems at times w/ other players, but I feel that I can logically move past those issues and still make rational choices and suggestions.
I'm creative.
I've done/planned/run events before, so I know what I'm doing.
I know this game and it's players better than anyone.
Cons:
I don't like people that make excuses or whiners. I will call you out.
I don't like people who copy others idea's due to a lack in their own creativity. I will call those people out also.
Overall:
I'd do well in this setting and would add a lot to the team.

1. i listen very well, and understand most things in different ways.
2. i'm sort of creative.
3. i know the game pretty well
4. i have already suggested ideas to CeFurkan, and he said would implement them into the game at some point.
Con's
1. I may understand the game well, but i have trouble sometimes, but i'm learning
2.i'm not very good at brainstorming
3. i have no promises i can be on Monday Tuesday Wednesday
Activity's not a problem with this, it'll be an ongoing thing so we can get to it whenever we've got the time.

I'm a easy to talk to person and will listen to what people have to say.
Very help full when people need help.
I know the in's and out's of the game.
I have made tournament/helped people with them also.
Can make some good suggestions.
Con's
Not so good at puzzle things.
Do not like people copyrighting other people's stuff.
Can be a little harsh at times.
Pros:
(I love planning out unique ideas...and will/can spend many hours hashing things out)
(I am one [just mildly egotistical humor here])
(I highly doubt Id get in a tizzy over people disagreeing with me)
Cons:
(I wont be on very much)
(I'll probably be sticking my nose as far as possible into what others are planning, I like to know whats going on :p)

I am creative,easy going,get along with almost everybody(except Viet...i hate em lol) im not biased -_- lol,i am very helpful to newer players..if i don't no the answer i usually direct them to someone who does:) very rarely am i rude and disrespectful.

I have a tendency. To argue with ppl who are be rude to orher players(not sure if i should make that a con or a pro lol)

My wifis not always. 100% (just ask Viet lol)

How often is "not very much"? Once a week? I'd like to have mildly active people at the least so this can progress(say at least twice a week)

PvP isn't an option here that really matters imo. We might get to tackling it down the road, but until then I'm not gonna be ragarding it when it comesto evaluating group members.

1. I was addicted to improving this game, but due to lack of work being done, stopped. I think this idea is perfect for me to express my ideas better.
2. I know how to debate?

1. When i get into a debate i turn pretty mean.

I have not done some think like that in this game but i have in other games.. So yes i would say i have experiance in that
What would we be working on specifically in the game?
eh would be checking in to see whats going on erryday, but only on for extended periods on my days off....which are primarily wednesday and thursday.

Not so much ingame necessarily at the beginning. There's a lot of stuff that'll need to be set up internally(who's good at what, what we specifically need to pay attention to, etc) and there's gonna be a lot of brainstorming. We'll be open to suggestions from the general playerbase as to what needs our attention and we can evaluate from there.

What happened to our section? it seems it dissappeared :S
Cefurkan's having second thoughts. I'm trying to convince him otherwise.
Pro's:
1) Know a lot of languages, though some rusty
2) Long time commitment to the game
3) Brainstormed a lot with other active members on how to improve the game
4) Active a lot, even during work
5) Good contacts with (almost) everyone that asked to join
Contra:
1) Tend to have heated discussions if something does not meet my likings
2) Dislike a lot really easily
3) I get under people's skin fairly easy..
Ill help if you need an extra person
Unfortunately cefurkan shut this down without letting us get anything done.
