The meeting will be held in Skype chat, so nobody will be able to hear your voice or see your face. This was made for privacy issues.
In the conference we will discuss a lot about people who we will have to kick from the guild for inactivity or a solution for it at least, we will discuss rank requirements, and we will discuss a possible way to keep members knowing about current events in the guild.
Everybody else, whenever somebody is qualified to rank up in the guild PLEASE PM ME!!! Otherwise you will not rank up in the guild!!! If you are not ranking up, it's defenitly not because of me, because none of you are aproaching me or any of the other leaders to rank up. We want everybody to be satisfied in their place in the guild, but with nobody ranking up and then them getting angry at us for that reason is quite frustrating for the Leaders here

Question : What rank would I get if I were to join?
I don't think I will be able to join you guys because I am on my phone and I probably wont be able to have access to a comp that early. Could we as an alternative meet in the general chat in game? If you are worried about privacy we could delete the post afterwards

Everybody starts at the same rank and works their way up. Some people get their faster by bein active and helping out, knowing you, you'd rank up quite fast.....

I'm finishing all pre-tertiary education (year 12) in about one month... Feels too soon imo... Although, kinda been slacking off (procrastinating) a lot recently ._. 2 in-class essays tomorrow ftw.
Yeppers, I know for a fact that both Cub (found out via text [lol]) and I are really working on school this year, so that leaves pretty much just the Co-Leaders as active leaders. So we've really got to crack down on it.
Anyway, I have a skype, not sure about Cub, nor any of the other members who would need to be at the leaders conference. ONE THING ABOUT THAT!!!!! It will need to be postponed. This weekend I just have too much school to do, along with coordinating a MtG competition... So yeah this weekend won't work for me.

I know that you were an AMAZING recruiter for SoC, and recruiters are good for amassing a lot of people ^_^ or are you interested in taking on the little challenge of becoming a Co-Leader? I just want to know where yore aiming to go so that I know how I'm gonna rank you up and stuffz :3

Eh, I won't be playing as much as I used to since I'm at college now. Don't really have a rank goal, I just joined because Canines is still alive and kicking, so I know that I'll be able to stay in this guild for a long time. Also the layout of the main post, with the pictures and such reminds me of what I did with SoC's forum.
The reason that I managed to recruit so many people before was because of the time that I had to create a recruitment message and then send it out to players via private message.
I'll still recruit, but only whenever I get time. Life comes first now and I don't want my guildwork to become unappreciated again like it did in SoC.
