This glitch was originally found by mlinka 2, he asked me to post it as he can't, so he was in Zone 15 at Start Town rout 396. He was walkking along the bottom right most metal rail, and noticed as he went left he went through it. Bellow is a Screen Cap of me outside of it, it should not be possible since there is no stair case on it.
