Then 400 in attack or special attack based on the movepool...

If you can raise speed with buff/accelator before it gets destroyed it can be pretty usefull   Not bad catch.

Yeah, TP it 399 Speed and probably split the rest between Attack and Special Attack or just do it fully in one for a full fledged Physical or Special Attacker. Nice monster btw! :3
