I can do 2 images for you. A pain and a cool looking dragon that looks tough (all dragons look fearsomely beast) and see what I can do.
I just don't have enough practice for 2 main points in 1 image.

thanks man. but since kun is indifferent to who are in his team, could you choose another number, instead of staff. because staff's random number has already been chosen by one of the other kage. unless kun confirms he wants staff, i will then proceed on to tell the kage who selected staff's number that he has to choose a new number. also, it's not compulsory to choose a helper, and you can choose them anytime you want, or change them on every "balancing" i do. until i find everything is in place, i will then stop balancing. too much balancing wouldn't do too much good since kages won't impart anything to their villagers.
