i was walking and not close to an npc, but this happened. either he has a huge a.o.e. or its a glitch.

its a phantom npc, i walked over to the real npc and nothing, hes standing in the wrong spot

i just found the map and yeah same thing happened to me

i found the error

at next npc assigment this problem will be fixed

for now i manually fixed for draco valley
