The Celestial Dragon Bloodline
A brief introduction to this superior bloodline. It is a bloodline that only members in the team who have not leave the team at any point in time will possess. There will be no more Celestial Dragons. The only way is to inherit the bloodline from an existing Celestial Dragon. The Celestial Dragons will have power greater than the leaders of the team, their powers will be explained in the future.
Note: The above list is to confirm who is a dragon or not. Though some of them in the list aren't, including me.

this makes me wanna join D;
then request to join lol, unless you are already in a team, or if any other leaders oppose to it. when that happens, it should either be a vote among all the leaders or if any bargain can be reached to appease that leader. i'm open to anyone though lol.
