I've tried to evolve my lvl 70 Phather

It has Speed > SpAttack
I used the enhanced gem, but it doesn't work.

did you try it at lvl 69? maybe that was one of the conditions?

Yes.
I tried at lvl 69 and it didn't work.
I gained one more lvl to test if the condicion was > than 69 instead of >=

this problem will be fixed at next test server update

you will be able to transform gem required monsters from manage my items page
