Those are some really strange movesets you got there, if you'd play wi-fi or online you probably wouldn't win a single game. Well at least not against experienced trainers.
For example, you have absolutely no sp.wall, no real sweepers and any dragon/swords dancer would sweep your whole team, hell your whole team lacks any means to counter Dragon and Steel types wich is pretty important to be able to since those types are pretty darn common. Not to mention those friggin' batton pass teams and their love for ninjasks and magic bouncing espeons you have to be able to counter...
Summering it all up: your team has very slim chance of succes.

his skarmory can counter dragon and steel types.

1 pokemon can't stand against 6 especially if one of the 6 is a sp.atk user. Hes whole team would just die from a dark sp.atk user. However, this is just RP

One pokemon can't have the same move 4 times.. its impossible might want to fix that jirachi.

No it can't it can (if lucky) stall but that's not the same as countering

im fairly sure you can as long as your within the normal pokemon limits (has to have moves it can actually learn, have an ability it can get normally[dream world is allowed], you get the idea)
