hmm well ur first mistake is using persian cause he's not very good. Also victrebell is very easy to beat.

The fact that you have Charizard and Nidoking makes it awesome.
You should get Gyarados for water, Gengar for your ghost, Alakazam for your psychic, and you need a grass/electric type in there :/ or a fighting type.

Honestly, I'd take Blastoise instead of Charizard.. I like Blastoise and he's a real beast.

Well then there is the benefit of my team...every single one of them is real easy to get...maybe even easy enough he wont mind spending the time to get good nature'd/iv'd ones...like a modest abra instead of a junk adamant or whatev
course then again...mine is all about the pve..
I mean mine even takes into account what hm's he will need/want...blastoise for surf...pidgey/spearow for fly...diglett can dig/strength/cut
