Each zone has a different wild monster level range.
What's to say NPCs can't have different levels of strength as well?

When you are just starting out, the npcs are weak. The higher the zone, the stronger they are.

Same system as monsters :/ but the NPCs have level classes, goes up to the amount of zones we have.
So we have 19 zones? The strongest level of NPCs is 19.

If you are in Zone 5, then the NPCs are level 5.

lvl5? isn't that a bit low?

The number is low, but it's stronger than Zone 1-4.

Level 5 is for Zone 5. NPCs are stronger than wild monsters, of course :/

They aren't going to have level 5 monsters, that's for sure.

it would make since cause when you get further through the game you will battle stronger npc at every area you get to. when you battle the gym leaders they would have to be around your lvled trained monsters.

level 1=extremely easy

level 19=extremely hard

Either make the NPCs monsters the same level as wild monsters in the zones or just a tad bit stronger??
