give me a reason why i shouldn't lock this right now, as it appears to be nothing but spam.
Im just thinking and correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this the off-topic zone. Sugar is off-topic, he was just having fun. For all you know this may lead into a very educational thread. Also isn't the off-topic zone used for things off-topic. And even though this is nonesense , it is still is partially off-topic. I dont see this thread doing any damage so why lock? Your being to harsh, let the thread be. This wouldnt be the first time someone has posted something useless here on the forum and it will certainly not be the last
if this thread goes somewhere good(or has educational value) i won't lock it, but if it leads to spam of some kind i will lock it, as that is something that isn't tolerated with.

still am waiting anyways what the point of this thread is.

Copy and paste is one heck of a job.
"Sugar is one of three kinds of carbohydrate: starch, fiber and sugar.
Sugar is found only in foods of plant origin. In food, sugar is
classified as either naturally occurring or added. Naturally
occurring sugars include lactose in milk, fructose in fruit, honey and
vegetables and maltose in beer. Added sugars originate from corn,
beets, grapes, and sugar cane, which are processed before being added to
foods. The body cannot tell the difference between naturally occurring
and added sugars because they are identical chemically. Although, food
sources of naturally occurring sugars also provide vitamins and
minerals, while foods containing added sugars provide mainly calories
and very few vitamins and minerals. For this reason, the calories in
added sugar are called "empty calories".

Okay, ghost did put something educational. But how did he start the thread? Lol
My body can tell the difference (a)
