So, the enemy is fainted, but like it is still hitting me. it been koed for three turns now, but the other person is not there and the monster just keeps hitting me. I can't win this fight because the person won't change.

Ive had that happen to me before too...I just surrendered after three of my monsters fainted because of it...

You have to report me immediately before leaving battle. Otherwise i can not solve problem.
