look at this and tell me how is it possible that 100% accuracy monster attacks with 100% accuracy attack and misses???

@_@ simple, it has an accuracy of 100, not 100%. That would be like bomber accuracy of 1000 @_@

its pretty easy to miss an attack in battles.. Hyper surf is on my last nerve right now

nah, its a common misconception, i had to have someone tell me the same thing.

Even in the alpha stage, we all asked.

1000% accuracy is never miss.
100% you will miss.

100% will miss in cases of enemy evasion increase and/or attacker accuracy decrease.

IT doesn't have a % sign in the end, so it doesn't mean 100%, but have a accuracy of 100.
