Ok, one, STOP SPAMMING THIS THREAD. The things youre saying can be done over PM. And Shadow, right click the image, click "save image as", go to user CP, click "Change Avatar" Click "Upload File" (Or something like that), select the picture you saved, and the server will automatically resize it.

I personally would like to say that I have to agree with torito, he makes these pages open for discussion about the guild, not fun facts.

We need a plan, what does this guild want to achieve, what should be the ranks, talk about pvp, teach others about how to start the game..

I don't think we should become anything like a PVP guild, we have 0 experience in it and let's face it with L.A.W.'s guild and others, e can not compete.
We can help starters for example, we're all playing the game on a regular base..
We can give them a monster and give them like missions to do or something?

Look. Ive tried being nice about it and all, but you guys dont understand what Im saying. Even when I speak about it roughly and forcefully, You dont understand what I'm saying. In its current state, this isnt a guild. Its a "club", at best. We need a foundation, named leaders, ranks, objectives, pvping skills and standards, tournaments etc. at this point, its just a chat room for its members. I didnt make this thread for chit chat. Thats why the other one was moved to "Off Topic Discussions".

We need to get it together.

Yes. I like this idea. We can become known for helping newbies to the forum and game. This is what I mean by guild related stuff.

I think that we should help other noobs (not saying we are) with getting across the maps, pointing out good natures for each monster, give them a chance to browse the forums, etc..
This would lead to them becoming better and this game more popular and we will also get better.
For ranks I'm thinking: Recruits, Bawz, Under-Bawz, Rookies, Sophmores (give them other names idc :p)
If they want to become something better inside the guild, they have to pvp one of us.

Is this already a good idea?
