Wow, is grammar that important? I mean you can clearly understand what they were saying, so why make a fuss; especially when this is josh's thread.
anyway, josh it is not hard to organize this little "fan club" into a team. All you need to do is slap some ranks on your post. you already have dedicated members, so you put some requirements on the ranks and i think that will get a lot of people off your back. You still won't be a prestigious clan, but you will have a better organization.
and if you don't do that, there are other options that people have presented, but you need to make some major changes. if not people will keep pressuring you, and eventually move this thread right out of the team/clan/guild area.
