1. battles are fought like this: reg. vs reg. superior vs superior,etc.
2. no hp items
3. no 1000 damage moves
4. NO level cap.
5. 16 participants only
6. tournament starts during the summer or once everyone is done
7. have fun and have good sportsmanship
